A truly United Donovan Pinscher Registration
A truly United Donovan Pinscher Registration
The Donovan Pinscher has been followed by controversy since it's creation in the early 90's. Developed in the rough streets of Brooklyn for the purpose of urban protection; breed founder, Dominick Donovan, grew up facing the difficulties that come with being part of a low income family in the inner city during the 70's and 80's. As the breed evolved and gained momentum, Dominick faced falling out after falling out with kennel partners, puppy owners and enthusiasts alike. Naturally, a rift between the owners of Donovan Pinschers was formed-- some that were friends of the breed's founder, some that were not. As the breed expanded across the US and national borders, it became bigger than just one man alone. Blood, sweat and tears have been shed by everyone who has had a part in this. The North American Donovan Pinscher Association is a group dedicated to ensure the survival of the Donovan Pinscher breed as the standard was written, by emphasizing the importance of community. Individuals will be fairly assessed by their qualifications to aquire a puppy, bias-free. We invite you to join us in the breed's first owner-created breed club!
We are a collective that is committed to the preservation and promotion of the Donovan Pinscher Dog.
Commitment to our dogs, commitment to standards, and commitment to community.
